锂电池PSE认证办理 和 METI备案办理 的那种
哪些电池强制要求做PSE认证：
1.能量密度超过400Wh/L的电池
2.必须是锂离子电池
3.除了用于医疗设备、工业设备和汽车/摩托车类的锂离子电池。

锂电池PSE认证测试项目
1、绝缘电阻试验；
2、恒压持续充电试验；
3、振动试验；
4、高温环境下电池外壳测试；
5、温度循环试验；
6、外部短路试验；
7、自由跌落试验；
8、机械冲击试验；
9、热冲击试验；
10、挤压试验；
11、低压试验；
12、过充电试验；
13、强制放电试验；
14、电芯高倍率充电保护作用试验（锂体系）；

锂电池PSE认证测试标准：
JISC8712用于便携设备的密封二次电芯或电池-安全要求；
JISC8714用于便携式设备的小型锂离子蓄电池和蓄电池组的安全测试。
